Every website price for 2026, in one place

Four tiers, each with a fixed starting price and a delivery time. The price is one-off, for the build. Hosting, domain and SSL for the first year are included.

After the first year: a yearly plan with me from €149 (landing), €249 (site), €399 (shop) for hosting, domain and changes. Or take the code and pay only hosting and domain to the provider, about €75 a year.

What drives the price

Five things move the price up or down. Tell me these five and you get an exact price, not a "from".

• Number of pages or products. Five pages and fifty are different work, and a hundred products with sizes and colours is a shop, not a site.
• Whether you will change texts and prices yourself. If yes, you need a CMS, and that is the “Website” tier.
• Integrations: Econt and Speedy, ePay and Borica, bookings, calendar, chatbot. Each is a day or two of work.
• Languages. A second language is about 20% on top, because everything is translated and set up separately for Google.
• Whether texts and photos are ready. If not, we write them together, or the clock starts the day I receive them.

How the project goes, day by day

Example for a business site (“Website” tier). A landing page is the same, twice as short.

• Day 0: a 20-minute call. I give the price and date the same day, in writing.
• Day 1: contract and 50% upfront. I receive texts, photos, logo and access to the domain, if there is one.
• Days 1 to 3: page structure and the design of the first screen. You approve it before I go on.
• Days 3 to 7: building all pages, CMS, forms, integrations.
• Days 7 to 10: texts and photos in place, SEO titles and descriptions for every page, speed.
• Days 10 to 12: you review, I fix. Two rounds are included.
• Days 12 to 14: domain, hosting, SSL, Google Search Console, launch. One hour of training on changing things yourself.
• After launch: 3 months of support are included. You write, I fix.

What the price does not include

Better to know before the quote than after.

• Writing copy from scratch. I help with structure and edit, but you know your business. If you want me to write it, I quote separately.
• Professional photography. Your phone is enough to start, and a bad stock photo is worse than none.
• Google or Facebook ads. I can set them up, but the click budget is yours.
• Monthly support beyond the included months. From there it is the yearly plan, or on your own.

Custom site, WordPress, Wix or an agency: the honest comparison

There is no universally right choice. There is a right choice for your case. Here is how they differ.

WordPress is the right choice if you have someone to update it and you need 30 plugins. Wix is the right choice if the site is temporary. For a small business that wants something fast, its own and without monthly fees, custom is cheaper from the second year on.

Who builds the site

Me, Steven. No team, no project manager, no subcontractors. You call me, I answer within 24 hours, and I write the code. That is also why I can work at these prices: there is nobody to split the margin with.

Who it is not for

• If you want a €100 template you will fill in yourself: Wix will do.
• If you need it by tomorrow: the fastest I honestly do is 5 days.
• If you want an agency of 20 people, presentations and weekly meetings: I am one person and I work by phone and Viber.

What changed in 2026 and how it moves the price

Prices are quoted in euro now that the country is in the eurozone. If a quote arrives in another currency converted at an internal rate, ask for a euro invoice.

Accessibility stopped being optional. The European Accessibility Act applies to e commerce and several other services since mid 2025, with an exemption for microenterprises under 10 people and under 2 million euro turnover. Built in from the start it costs nothing. Retrofitted it is a separate project.

More people ask an AI assistant instead of searching. ChatGPT, Perplexity and the AI answers above Google results read text, not images. Prices and services uploaded as a picture or a PDF are invisible to them, which is why every page here is written in numbers and words a machine can read.
