These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the relationship between Zhizhevo Stone EOOD / STEVEN STUDIO (hereinafter "the Provider", "we", "our") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client", "you", "your") who uses or intends to use the services offered through the website stevenstudio.bg.
By using our website and/or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with:

Each specific service is agreed upon individually between the Provider and the Client through signing a Development Contract or a Commercial Offer.
4. Contract Conclusion
4.1. Order Procedure
Inquiry: The Client submits an inquiry through:

Offer: The Provider prepares a personalized offer with:
• Service description
• Price (in Bulgarian lev or euro)
• Delivery timeline
• Payment terms
• Additional terms (if applicable)
Acceptance: The Client accepts the offer through:
• Email confirmation
• Signed contract (for projects over 2000 BGN)
• Advance payment (when explicitly agreed)
Confirmation: The Provider sends a confirmation of the received order and starts work.
💡 Good to know:
The contract is considered concluded from the moment of receiving written confirmation from the Provider for accepting the order. All prior correspondence and offers are for informational purposes and are not binding.
5. Prices and Payments
5.1. Pricing
All prices are individual and negotiated for each project separately
Prices are expressed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) or euro (EUR)
Listed prices include VAT (20%), unless otherwise stated
Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the offer, unless otherwise specified
5.2. Payment Terms
Standard payment scheme:
For projects up to 1000 BGN:• 100% advance payment before project start
For projects 1000-3000 BGN:• 50% advance at start• 50% upon completion and acceptance
For projects over 3000 BGN:• 30% advance at start• 40% upon presentation of working prototype• 30% upon final acceptance
5.3. Payment Methods

Late Payment:
In case of payment delay of more than 7 days, the Provider reserves the right to stop work on the project and charge interest at the statutory rate (BNB + 10%). After 14 days of delay, the contract may be unilaterally terminated by the Provider.
6. Delivery Timelines
The delivery timeline for each project is specified individually in the offer/contract and starts from the moment of:
Receiving the agreed advance payment
Providing all necessary materials from the Client (texts, photos, logos, etc.)
Written confirmation to start the project
Typical timelines (approximate):

Corporate Website14-30 business days
📅 Timeline Extension:
The timeline may be extended in the following cases (without penalties for the Provider):
• Delayed provision of materials from the Client
• Changes in requirements during the project
• Force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)
• Technical problems beyond the Provider's control (hosting provider issues, DNS, etc.)
7. Client Rights and Obligations
7.1. The Client has the right to:
Quality and timely execution of the order according to the agreed terms
Regular information about the project's progress
Up to 3 revisions (corrections) within the agreed price
Free technical support for 3 months after acceptance (includes bug fixes only)
Code portability and access to source files (after full payment)
7.2. The Client is obligated to:
Provide all necessary materials (texts, photos, logos) within 3 business days
Ensure access to necessary platforms (hosting, domain, Shopify, etc.)
Pay the agreed amounts within the agreed deadlines
Accept or reject the deliverable within 5 business days of its presentation
Not use the delivered materials in violation of copyright
Prohibitions:
The Client has no right to resell, transfer or license the developed product to third parties without written consent from the Provider. Violation of this condition leads to compensation of 3 times the project value.
8. Provider Rights and Obligations
8.1. The Provider is obligated to:
Execute the order within the agreed timeline and according to the technical specification
Notify the Client of any problems or delays
Provide free support for 3 months after acceptance (for bug fixes)
Maintain confidentiality of provided data
Deliver all source files after full payment
8.2. The Provider has the right to:
Use completed projects for portfolio and marketing materials
Place a discreet "Made by STEVEN STUDIO" link in the footer (can be removed for additional 200 BGN)
Refuse execution if the Client does not provide necessary materials within 14 days
Stop work in case of delayed payment
Charge additional payment for changes outside the agreed technical specification
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Copyright
All rights to the developed code, design, graphics and functionalities are transferred to the Client after full payment of the agreed price.
Until full payment, the copyright remains the property of STEVEN STUDIO EOOD.
9.2. Exceptions (Open Source Components)
Projects may include open-source components (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, etc.) that remain under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache, GPL, etc.).
9.3. Portfolio Usage
The Provider has the right to use completed projects for:
Publication in stevenstudio.bg portfolio
Social media publications and marketing materials
Case studies and client examples
If the Client wishes full confidentiality, this must be agreed upon in advance (for an additional 15-30% of the project value).
10. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers)
⚖️ According to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
Individuals (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without stating a reason and without owing compensation.
Important: The right of withdrawal lapses if:
• The service has been fully performed and work started with the consumer's explicit consent
• The delivery is for customized goods (custom website design)
• The consumer has explicitly requested the start of work before the expiry of the 14-day period
When exercising the right of withdrawal before the project starts, the Client receives a full refund of paid amounts within 14 days.
11. Warranties and Claims
11.1. Warranty Period
The Provider guarantees free correction of technical errors (bugs) for a period of 3 months after project acceptance.
The warranty covers:
✓ Technical bugs and code errors
✓ Browser compatibility issues
✓ Responsive design problems
✓ Non-functioning features
The warranty does NOT cover:
✗ Design or functionality changes (charged separately)
✗ Issues caused by the Client or third parties
✗ Hosting, domain or server issues (not controlled by us)
✗ Adding new content, products, texts
✗ SEO optimization (unless agreed upon)
11.2. Claim Procedure
The Client sends a written claim to brixeat@gmail.com
The Provider responds within 3 business days
For justified claims — free correction within 7 business days
For unjustified claims — the Provider sends a motivated rejection
12. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
Indirect damages: Loss of profit, data, reputation or other indirect losses
Third-party issues: Issues with hosting provider, domain registrar, payment gateway, or other external services
Content: Legality, accuracy or quality of content provided by the Client (texts, photos, video)
Website usage: The way the Client or end users use the finished product
Force majeure: Natural disasters, war, pandemic, cyber attacks, etc.
The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties are obligated to keep confidential any information received during the execution of the contract, unless:
The contract may be terminated at any time by written consent of both parties.
14.2. Unilateral Termination by the Client
The Client may unilaterally terminate the contract in case of:
Provider's delay of more than 30 days without justified reason
Significant non-compliance of the execution with the agreed terms
In case of unilateral termination by the Client without justified reason, compensation of 30% of the agreed price + payment for work completed to date is due.
14.3. Unilateral Termination by the Provider
The Provider may unilaterally terminate the contract in case of:
Payment delay of more than 14 days
Failure to provide necessary materials within 14 days
Impossibility of execution due to force majeure
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1. Out-of-Court Resolution
In case of dispute, the parties are obligated to make efforts for its voluntary resolution through negotiations.
15.2. Court Resolution
If out-of-court resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the competent court in Bulgaria under Bulgarian law.
15.3. Consumer Disputes
Consumers have the right to contact the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
16. Final Provisions
Changes: The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms. In case of changes, Clients will be notified by email or website banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
Invalidity of clauses: If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force.
Applicable law: These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Language: In case of discrepancy between the Bulgarian and English versions, the Bulgarian version takes priority.
