PRO-VEND 5 Ltd sells vending machines, coin mechanisms, spare parts and consumables from south-west Bulgaria. When I started the site, the domain provend.bg had no history: no old pages, no links, not a single day in Google's index. Half a year later the site is on page one for two of the searches that bring its customers in ready to buy:
- “монетници за вендинг автомати” (vending coin mechanisms)
- “рециклирани вендинг автомати” (refurbished vending machines)
I checked it on 26 September 2026. Below is what I built, which parts of it did the work in my view, and what Google Search Console shows.

What the customers of a vending machine dealer actually search for
Vending is a small, specialised trade. Nobody buys a 3,000 euro machine on impulse, but there are two searches with a decided person behind them:
- A technician whose coin changer has died. He searches for the exact model, MEI CashFlow or NRI Currenza, and wants to see price, stock and warranty right now. He buys from whoever shows him those first.
- An operator opening a new location. A new machine is expensive, so he looks for a refurbished one with a warranty. To him “refurbished” means “tested, guaranteed, half the price”, and that is exactly what he types into Google.
The site is built around those two people, not around the company.
What I built
A separate page for every thing people search for
Coin mechanisms are not buried as a filter under “spare parts”. They have their own page, titled “Монетници за вендинг автомати”, and each of the nine models has its own: MEI CashFlow 560, 690, 7000 and 8000, CPI Gryphon, NRI Currenza C2, NRI G-26, G-46 and G-66. Every one shows a part number, price, warranty and which machine brands it fits.
When someone types “монетници за вендинг автомати”, Google finds a page whose title is literally that. In a narrow niche that is half the game.
The buyer's words in the titles, not the seller's
“New and refurbished vending machines with warranty” sits in the title of the machine catalogue, in the homepage description, in the menu and in the FAQ answers. Not as filler, but with a concrete promise: 6 months of warranty on a refurbished machine, 12 to 24 on a new one. The catalogue has a condition filter (new, refurbished, used), so the word sits on the products themselves.
Price and stock without an enquiry
Most B2B sites in Bulgaria hide prices behind “request a quote”. Here the price, stock and warranty are visible in the catalogue and on every product page. Google prefers pages that answer the question, and the technician with the dead coin changer simply clicks the one that tells him “in stock, 160 euro, 6 months warranty”.

A technical base that stays out of the way
The site runs on Next.js and renders on the server, so Google receives finished HTML rather than an empty page waiting for JavaScript. Every image is WebP (that alone shaved 11.5 MB). The sitemap generates itself and includes every product. Each page has one canonical address on www.provend.bg, breadcrumb navigation and Product structured data. Lighthouse scores 100 out of 100.
None of this ranks the site by itself. It simply removes the reasons for Google to skip it.
Content from the trade, not from a generator
Twenty questions with answers in the FAQ, the ones that used to come in by phone: what a coffee machine costs, how long delivery takes, whether leasing is available, what warranty a refurbished machine carries. Blog articles on choosing a machine for an office, the most common faults, cleaning a coffee machine and the vending business in Bulgaria. The catalogue photos are of the real machines and coin mechanisms, not stock images. In September I also replaced the generic homepage image with a real product.
Comparison, cart and admin panel
The customer picks two or three machines and compares them side by side. Pays by card through myPOS or cash on delivery through Econt. The owner adds products, photos and prices himself from the admin panel, without calling me.
What Google Search Console shows
The domain is brand new, with no history and no old links. The numbers for the first six months, 15.03–15.09.2026:
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Clicks from Google | 159 |
| Impressions in results | 3,440 |
| Average position | 8.6 |
| CTR | 4.6% |
The direction matters more than the total. In March and April the site had 0–2 clicks a day, in August and September 3–5. A new domain in a B2B niche usually needs 6 to 12 months before Google trusts it, and the chart shows exactly that process.
As of 26 September 2026 provend.bg is on page one for “монетници за вендинг автомати” and “рециклирани вендинг автомати”. These are not the most searched phrases on the Bulgarian internet. But behind each one is a person who knows what he needs and has a budget. For a machine dealer those two are worth more than a thousand random visitors. I will keep the numbers updated here.
The results in brief
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Google for “vending coin mechanisms” | Page 1 |
| Google for “refurbished vending machines” | Page 1 |
| Lighthouse | 100/100 |
| Domain age at measurement | 6 months |
| Company's Google rating | 5.0 stars (7 reviews) |
Which of it did the work
If I had to name three things:
- One page per search. Coin mechanisms have their own page and their own title. Refurbished machines have their own filter and their own warranty promise. Google does not have to guess what a page is about.
- Price and stock in plain sight. The page that answers the question wins the click over the one that asks for an email first.
- Patience and a clean base. A fast, server-rendered site with a sitemap, canonical addresses and real photos, left to work for six months, no tricks.
Want the same for your business?
The approach is the same whether you sell coin mechanisms, mattresses or air conditioners: find out exactly what the customer types into Google, give them a page that answers it with a price and a photo, and do not get in Google's way when it reads that page.
